The house is efficiently organized on a single level, offering a clear separation between social and private areas, as well as fluid connections to the outdoor spaces.
A spacious living room and open kitchen (55.10 m²) create a central space for socializing and shared activities. A summer kitchen with a SPA area and green atrium offers a functional and relaxing extension to the exterior.
Three spacious bedrooms (14.39 m², 15.57 m², 15.68 m²) with direct access to the garden or terrace. Two walk-in closets and intelligent storage spaces optimize space usage. Modern and functional bathrooms ensure comfort for the entire family.

The house adopts a modern design with natural influences, using materials like wood and stone to create an aesthetic contrast between organic elements and contemporary lines. Large glazed surfaces allow abundant natural light and create a visual continuity between the interior and exterior.
The extendable canopy adds flexibility to the outdoor spaces, providing shade and protection, while the green atrium contributes to a relaxing ambiance and visually connects the home’s areas.

The architectural concept is based on harmoniously integrating modern functionality and natural aesthetics. The design focuses on sustainability, using durable materials and maximizing natural light.
By including a SPA area and a green atrium, the house offers a relaxing and versatile environment that caters to a contemporary lifestyle. The summer kitchen and terraces connect the interior spaces to the exterior, creating a perfect setting for socializing and relaxation.

The project was implemented with attention to detail, using premium materials like wood, ceramics, and metal to ensure durability and aesthetics.
The extendable canopy and green atrium reflect modern design solutions that combine utility with aesthetics. The outdoor spaces, including the large terrace and SPA area, are harmoniously integrated into the landscape, creating a relaxing and functional environment.
The summer kitchen and sauna add practical value, while the optimized layout and fluid connections between spaces ensure a high level of comfort and flexibility.
