The house is efficiently organized across two levels, combining day and night areas in a functional and harmonious manner.
The day area features a spacious, open, and bright living room with direct access to outdoor terraces. The modern kitchen is connected to the living room, ensuring a natural flow between social spaces. A versatile bedroom can serve as a guest room, office, or multifunctional space. Storage spaces, including generous wardrobes, as well as a laundry room combined with the technical room, complete this level. Outdoor terraces provide ideal spaces for relaxation and outdoor activities.
The night area consists of comfortable bedrooms, each benefiting from natural light and garden views. The bedrooms are complemented by modern bathrooms, a cozy office for work or study, and a well-organized wardrobe. The upper floor features a spacious terrace, ideal for recreational activities or outdoor socializing.

The house features a modern and elegant design characterized by ventilated facades with ceramic panels that provide durability and energy efficiency. The architectural lines are minimalist, and the interplay of volumes creates a contemporary and sophisticated look. Large glazed surfaces allow for abundant natural light and visually connect the interior to the garden.
Wooden details add warmth to the minimalist design, balancing the geometric elements. Pergolas and vertical wooden panels not only provide shade and privacy but also contribute to the home’s modern aesthetics. Partially green roofs complete the sustainable look and create a space integrated with nature.
The outdoor terraces are designed as natural extensions of the interior spaces, offering functional areas for relaxation, dining, and socializing. Landscaped green areas around the house add an element of freshness and visual balance.

The architectural concept of the residence focuses on functionality, sustainability, and harmonious integration into the natural landscape. The bioclimatic design optimizes natural light and energy efficiency, while the home’s structure balances private and social areas, offering comfort and privacy.
Natural materials, such as ceramic panels for facades, green roofs, and efficient rainwater management solutions, reflect the principle of sustainability. Open spaces and large windows create a visual connection with the exterior, while terraces provide smooth transitions between the interior and nature.
This holistic approach highlights a modern, responsible lifestyle in harmony with the surrounding environment.

The implementation of the project reflects meticulous attention to detail. Premium materials such as ceramics, wood, and glass ensure durability and aesthetics. The ventilated facades enhance energy efficiency, while the interior layout optimizes the functionality of the home. The outdoor terraces and integration of green areas add both aesthetic and practical value.
