Casa Hrusova is a modern single-family home designed to blend functionality with contemporary aesthetics. With a total interior area of 90 m² and an additional 90 m² for the terrace and storage, this house offers a compact yet highly efficient design tailored to a modern lifestyle. The facades feature natural materials such as wood and glass, creating a visual harmony between the interior and exterior.

The house is organized on a single level, with an open plan that maximizes space utilization. The day area combines a spacious living room and an open kitchen, offering a central space for socializing. The bedrooms are strategically placed to ensure privacy and comfort, complemented by a modern bathroom and a technical utility space.

The exterior includes an extended terrace that serves as a relaxation and socialization area, along with a functional storage space. Fluid connections between the interior and exterior create an open and relaxing living experience.

Challenge

The house features a minimalist design emphasized by vertical wooden and glass facades, creating a balance between nature and modernity. Large glazed surfaces allow abundant natural light while wooden elements add warmth and visual comfort.

The extended terrace serves as a focal point for relaxation and socializing, surrounded by natural vegetation seamlessly integrated into the design. The chosen materials ensure durability and a contemporary look, perfectly complementing the natural landscape of the area.
