The pedestrian street is organized along a linear route, with architectural accents punctuating the visual and functional journey.
Thematic zones: Integration of pavilions and open spaces for social activities.
Paved alleys: Smooth connections between various sectors, ensuring universal accessibility.
Green spaces: Areas with diverse vegetation, water basins, and ornamental gardens.
Urban furniture: Modern and functional elements, including benches, lighting fixtures, and information points.
Stages and amphitheaters: Platforms for performances and cultural events.

The design of the pedestrian street stands out with organic architectural forms inspired by nature. Integrated structures, such as pavilions and decorative towers, are made from natural and sustainable materials like wood and steel, offering a balance between functionality and aesthetics.
Architectural gateways: Entrances are marked by curvilinear structures, creating an elegant transition into the area.
Vertical elements: Decorative towers inspired by floral shapes enhance the visual perspective and serve as landmarks.
