The house layout is divided into public, private, and technical zones, connected by a central circulation area. The entrance area, accessed through the vestibule, leads to the main rooms and provides a clear and convenient distribution of movement throughout the house. The public zone includes the living room, kitchen, and dining area, arranged as a unified daytime space with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The private zone is separated and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort. A dedicated technical room is located in a separate part of the house and accommodates household and engineering functions. This zoning clearly separates the different functions of the house while maintaining a strong connection between the living spaces, terrace, and garden.

The facade is defined by a calm, light-toned palette, combining mineral plaster, natural stone, and dark timber elements. The expressive gabled volume of the house is complemented by a generous open terrace with a timber-clad ceiling, creating a sheltered space for relaxation. Natural stone is used not only for the house finishes, but also for the retaining walls of the site, establishing a visual continuity between the architecture and the landscape. The wide terrace steps follow the natural terrain and create a seamless transition from the house to the garden.
