Ground Floor Planning Solutions

The 131 m² ground floor represents a bright and functional space with clear zoning. The spacious living and dining area with kitchen is complemented by panoramic glazing overlooking the garden and covered terrace. The private area includes a bedroom with a workspace, storage systems, and outdoor access. The ground floor also features a garage and carport for two cars, an entrance hall with a guest bathroom, a laundry room, and technical rooms.

Floor Planning Solutions

The 140 m² floor is designed as the private area of the house. A central corridor connects all rooms and provides convenient circulation. It includes a master bedroom with a private dressing room and bathroom, as well as three spacious bedrooms with storage systems. For greater comfort, two additional bathrooms are provided. A private balcony and access to open terraces create a harmonious connection between the interior and outdoor spaces.

Facade and Entrance Area

The modern facade combines clean geometry, natural wood finishes, and panoramic glazing. The carport creates a distinctive entrance feature, while the landscaping and open spaces establish a harmonious connection between the architecture and its surroundings.
