Ground Floor Functional Layout
The ground floor is organized around a generous shared living area that brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Panoramic glazing and direct access to the terrace create a strong visual and functional connection between the interior and the garden. The private area includes a bedroom, home office, and dressing spaces, complemented by a guest bathroom, utility areas, and the entrance zone. The layout establishes a clear separation between shared and private spaces, while maintaining a natural flow between them.

Facade

The house is designed in a calm contemporary style, without unnecessary decoration. Natural wood, light render, a dark pitched roof, and large glazed surfaces create a restrained yet warm material palette. The pitched roof gives the house a distinctive silhouette, while the timber cladding adds warmth and helps integrate the building naturally into the surrounding landscape. Large windows open the interior toward the site, while the terraces and covered areas extend the living spaces outdoors. As a result, the house is conceived as a continuous living environment between indoors and outdoors, where architecture, materials, and landscape work together.

Garden View
From the garden side, the house opens toward the landscape through generous floor-to-ceiling glazing, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoors. The restrained architecture is complemented by natural wood finishes, a dark pitched roof, and light rendered surfaces. A dedicated outdoor living area with soft seating, lawn, and carefully integrated planting extends the living space into the garden. Pathways, ornamental grasses, and natural stone elements create a calm landscape setting that complements the architecture.

Terrace and Pool

The garden side is designed as a unified outdoor living area directly connected to the interior. The generous terrace brings together several functions: a covered lounge area, an open terrace, and the swimming pool. Panoramic glazing maintains a visual connection between the interior and terrace, while the deep roof overhang provides shade and shelter. The material palette combines natural wood, large-format light paving, and extensive glazing. The warmth of the timber balances the clean architectural lines, while the restrained mineral finishes and water reinforce the calm character of the project. The pool becomes a natural extension of the terrace, creating a dedicated area for outdoor relaxation.
